Bag making machine five common troubleshooting methods
1, boot stepper motor has noise, can not send film.
Solution:
(1) Check whether the main motor steering is correct and adjust to the correct direction indicated by the arrow.
(2) Whether the stepper motor driver shows fault, turn off the main power and re-energizing can be restored to normal.
2, the length of the film feeding size is different during the working process, the feeding size is more than 5mm shorter than the preset size, and the film is not sent once intermittently during the working process.
Solution:
(1) The sensitivity of the photoelectric eye is not adjusted well or the polarity is not selected correctly.
(2) The photoelectric switch should be replaced by ground leakage or short circuit between the ends.
(3) The discharge speed is lower than the feed speed, it is necessary to relax the film laminate, check the performance of the discharge part, and troubleshoot.
3, stepper motor torque decreased significantly, bag size is not accurate.
Solution: The stepper driver has a fault, or the rubber roller and the stepper motor connection part has a blocking phenomenon. Check and repair the stepper drive in time, connect the rubber roller and the stepper motor.
4, bag time electrical tracking is not accurate.
Solution:
(1) The adjustment method and working state of the photoelectric eye are not correctly selected, and the adjustment is correct according to the instructions.
(2) The preset film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) and the actual bag size error is too large, should be reset the length of the line or adjust the pressure, adjust the device.
(3) The film resistance is too large or the quality of the previous process products is poor, should be checked and replaced.
5. Low discharge speed or abnormal operation.
Solution:
(1) The eye position switch is in poor contact or the CAM Angle is not good, should be adjusted or replaced.
(2) The circuit board thyristor or rectifier tube breakdown should be repaired or replaced.
