The Butyl Rubber Soundproof Damping Extrusion Line is a high-precision extrusion line designed for manufacturing butyl rubber damping sheets (2–5mm thickness, 500mm max width) used in air conditioning systems and soundproofing applications. The system features automated feeding, extrusion, coating, cutting, and winding, with customizable parameters for adhesive thickness, speed, and material compatibility.

1.Dual-Station Unwinding: Two 500mm-diameter unwinds with edge alignment (EPC).

2.Forced Feeding System: Twin-cone screw feeder (7.5kW) with hardened chromium plating for wear resistance.

3.High-Output Extruder:

Ø150mm nitrided alloy steel screw (38CrMoAlA, L/D ratio 1:16).

Max output: 900kg/h (adjustable for butyl rubber viscosity).

75kW motor + 315CC melt pump for stable pressure.

4.Precision Coating:

Width: 500mm (customizable).
