1. How to install and maintain the machine if we have no experience on this BOPP tape machine?

We can send an engineer for installation, commissioning and training if you can pay the related costs. Normally, 3 days is enough for a slitter rewinder machine, 7 days is enough for an adhesive BOPP tape machine.

 

2. How can we control the tape-cutting size?

Tape width is controlled by mould and every width needs a separate mould, such as 38mm tape needs the 38mm cutting mould for it, 48mm tape needs the 48mm cutting mould for it.

 

3. What is the cost of the 1300mm BOPP jumbo roll?

In May, it is about USD 385 per roll for the 50mm micron, 250kg, 4000km length

 

4. What is the advantage of the BOPP tape-making machine compared to the BOPP tape-slitting machine?

If you need printed tape to get more profit, the BOPP tape-making machine is your first choice.

 

5. Should we buy a machine without an electric motor and controller, or maybe you can provide a transformer?

Don't worry, we can change the voltage directly here.

 

6. How can we calculate the machine production?

For example: BOPP film width is 500mm and the coating speed is 30m/min, we can get 30m/min*60min*0.5m(Bopp film width)=900m2 per hour. If the small tape is 48mm(width)*50m( length) =2.4m2, we can get 900/2.4=375 roll tapes in one hour.

 

7. Can we skip the printing if no need for logo print on tape? And is it possible to only print for some film no coating with your machine?

Yes, both of them is ok.

 

8. What is the advantage of your Masking tape slitting machine compared to an Automatic tape-cutting machine?

The speed is high, 180m/minute with our slitting machine and it can cut big masking tape rolls.
