The 420mm Flatbed Die-Cutting Machine is designed for high-speed die cutting and sheet production from roll-fed materials. The machine unwinds the material from a roll, performs automatic web guiding, registration mark tracking, servo-controlled feeding and flatbed die cutting, then separates the finished products into individual sheets and delivers them directly through a conveyor.

Unlike a conventional roll-to-roll die-cutting machine, this configuration is mainly designed for finished sheet production - ideal for customers who need individually cut products ready for collection, packing or further processing. For additional flexibility, an optional roll-to-roll rewind configuration is also available on request.

With a maximum material width of 420mm, a maximum die-cutting area of 400 × 400mm and a maximum die-cutting speed of 300 m/min, the machine combines high-speed production, accurate feeding and practical automation in one compact configuration.
