Flexographic printing machine use principles and steps

Flexographic printing machine is a kind of high-quality printing equipment, which can be widely used in packaging, labeling, advertising and other fields. When using flexo printing presses, certain principles and steps need to be followed to ensure printing quality and efficiency.
Principle of use
1. Understand the equipment: Before using the flexographic press, the operator needs to fully understand the basic structure and performance of the equipment, including printing plate, ink, ink scraper, printing pressure, etc.
2. Choose the right ink: According to the requirements of printing materials and effects, choose the right ink. Different types of inks have different properties and uses, and need to be selected according to the actual situation.
3. Adjust the printing pressure: the size of the printing pressure directly affects the printing quality and effect. The operator needs to adjust the printing pressure according to the nature of the printing material and ink.
4. Control the printing speed: under the premise of ensuring the printing quality, improve the printing speed as much as possible. This requires the operator to be familiar with the performance of the equipment and the printing process, and adjust the parameters reasonably.
5. Keep clean: During the printing process, it is necessary to keep the equipment and working area clean to avoid ink and other impurities polluting the equipment and environment.
Procedure of use
1. Preparation: Check whether the equipment is normal and prepare the required materials and ink.
2. On the plate: place the flexo plate on the plate table of the printing press to ensure that the layout is smooth and free of foreign bodies.
3. Ink mixing: Choose the right ink according to the need, add the right amount of solvent and diluent, stir evenly.
4. Ink scraping: Use the ink scraper to evenly scrape the ink onto the flexographic.
5. Printing: Place the flexographic plate with ink on the printing material, adjust the printing pressure and speed, and start printing.
6. Drying: After printing is completed, place the printed matter in a dry area for natural drying or use drying equipment to dry.
7. Follow-up treatment: Remove the printed matter from the printing press and carry out follow-up cutting, folding and other processing.
