A complete set of packaging processing machinery has been fully containerized and successfully shipped to Mexico recently, including blown film machine, air bubble film making machine, bag making machine and plastic granulator. Packed in three standard containers, this batch of equipment will provide customers with a full-process production solution from film extrusion, bubble film forming and bag manufacturing to waste material recycling.

Different from single-equipment delivery, this integrated production line covers the entire upstream and downstream packaging production chain. The blown film unit delivers stable film extrusion with uniform thickness for flexible packaging raw materials. The air bubble film machine produces high-cushioning protective film widely used in logistics packaging. The automatic bag making machine ensures high-speed, precise cutting and finished bag forming. Meanwhile, the plastic granulator supports on-site recycling and reusing of plastic scraps, effectively reducing material waste and lowering production costs.

Before shipment, our team carried out strict quality inspection, mechanical debugging, cleaning and standardized packaging for every machine. All equipment parts were firmly fixed with professional shockproof and moisture-proof measures to adapt to long ocean transportation. The whole loading process was completed efficiently following international export standards, ensuring safe and intact delivery.
