Two Cooling Methods Of Film Blowing Machine
The film blowing machine is suitable for all kinds of high-grade film packaging. This kind of film can be widely used in light and heavy packaging because of its good barrier, fresh-keeping, moisture-proof, frost-proof, oxygen proof and oil-resistant. Such as all kinds of fresh fruits, meat, pickles, fresh milk, liquid drinks, medical supplies, etc. The cooling method of plastic film blowing machine can be divided into two kinds: external cooling and internal cooling.
1. The external cooling method is the earliest application. Under the action of the cooling ring, a uniform cooling air is generated around the ring by releasing cooling air on a circular ring along the extrusion direction and the outer surface of the membrane bubble. Inside the cooling ring, the air at the upper mouth is expelled at a faster average rate relative to the lower mouth. The shape of the bubble is ensured to be consistent with that of the air cooling ring, which increases the average flow rate of the air and thus improves the heat transfer.
2. Internal cooling is achieved by cooling the membrane bubble directly. Because the flow rate of the air inside the membrane is relatively low and irregular, external cooling is more dominant. In the process of blow molding, to ensure the quality of the film product, the stability of the film bubble before the film formation must be considered in order to effectively control the product pass rate. The output of the film blowing machine is not only restricted by the film bubble, but also takes into account the cooling system of the film blowing machine. A perfect cooling system requires reasonable configuration and stability of the film blower.
