The HY‑TB1500 Precision Hot Lamination & Coating Line is a high‑end customized production line dedicated to manufacturing advanced composite films. It is specially developed for laminating ultra‑thin PEEK film down to 6 μm with chemical fiber mesh by adopting vinyl ester (VE) emulsion adhesive. Equipped with ceramic micro‑gravure coating technology and full‑closed‑loop tension control system, the equipment achieves superior coating uniformity and stable interlayer bonding strength. It can process multiple substrates including high‑performance engineering films, aluminum foil, mesh fabric and paper. · Shaftless unwind station: Pneumatic shaftless unwinding for maximum roll diameter Ø800 mm, enabling fast roll loading and reducing manual workload.

· Fully automatic turret rewind: Double‑station turret automatic rewinding supports seamless flying splice without production stop, ensuring stable rewinding tension and higher throughput.

· Multi‑zone independent temperature‑controlled oven: Segmented heating zones realize precise control for solvent evaporation and adhesive curing and avoid substrate thermal deformation.

· Closed‑loop tension control: Closed‑loop tension feedback on unwinding, intermediate and rewinding sections to keep ultra‑thin and fragile web flat and wrinkle‑free.

· PLC+HMI control system: Full touch‑screen operation with formula storage, speed synchronization and real‑time production monitoring. Machine parameters including temperature, tension, speed, roller state and alarm information are centrally displayed via RS485 communication.

· Safety protection design: Orange safety guardrail, emergency stop buttons and interlock safety doors comply with CE safety standards.

· Optional coating mode: Supports ceramic micro‑gravure or slot‑die coating to match different adhesive and product demands.
