HYSJ-65/HYFM700X2 Double Head HDPE LDPE Film Blowing Machine is a single-extruder, double-die-head blown film equipment designed for HDPE and LDPE film roll production. It adopts one set of 65mm bimetallic screw extruder with two independent die head systems, supporting independent speed adjustment for the two production lines and compatible with different material processing.

Featuring high output, compact footprint and low labor demand (only 1 operator required), it delivers stable production performance with branded electrical components and a reliable control system. It can produce films with a maximum folding width of 600mm and an adjustable thickness from 0.005mm to 0.10mm, making it an ideal cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized plastic film manufacturing and R&D trial production.

Single Extruder & Double Heads: Equipped with 1 set of 65mm bimetallic screw extruder and 2 sets of die heads, the two production lines can be adjusted independently to achieve high-efficiency output.

Wide Adjustable Range: Film thickness adjustable from 0.005mm to 0.10mm, max film folding width up to 600mm (with 0-100mm gusset adjustable), screw speed 10-100r/min adjustable, catering to diverse production requirements.

Efficient Cooling System: Configured with double-vents cast aluminum air rings and inverter-controlled centrifugal cooling fans, ensuring uniform bubble cooling and consistent film forming quality.

Complete Production Configuration: Integrated with upper traction unit, friction rewinding mechanism, gusset board and double-side corona treater, with neat film rolling effect and complete processing capacity.
