The bag making machine cutting system consists of a cutting blade, a length adjuster, an overrunning clutch, and welding line adjustment.
1. Knife: It is the most important component of the system, which adopts a moving knife and sliding guide, a floating mechanism compressed by springs, and adjustable upper and lower knives. Among them, there are adjustment screws that can be used to adjust the tightness of the cutting blade, which can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of difficult cutting of raw materials.
2. Bag making length adjuster: The adjustment of bag making length is controlled by changing the position of the connecting rod sleeve on the eccentric drag plate, and the bag making size is adjusted by loosening the handwheel and nut.
3. Overdrive clutch: The Zhongsu Overdrive clutch is an important part of this machine, and its quality and performance directly affect the error in product length. However, during use, due to its high working frequency, its lifespan is also limited to a certain extent. If there is an error in the length of the bag during the production process (usually after six months of continuous production), and other faults cannot be resolved after troubleshooting, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.
4. Adjustment of the distance between welding line and cutting line: The distance between welding line and cutting line is generally 5-10mm. Rotate the handwheel on the adjustment frame to raise or lower the crossbeam roller by a certain distance to obtain the ideal cutting line. For the convenience of observing the quality of the welding line, the position of the single bottom line welding line can be adjusted to the outer end of the machine cutter. If the welding line and the bottom line are not parallel, you can loosen the fastening screw of one end of the bevel gear and turn the handwheel to raise or lower one end of the crossbeam roller; After stable production, tighten the screws of the gears.
5. Adjustment method for welding knife: Place a thin piece of paper on the support seat, rotate the large handwheel inside the machine body by hand to make the welding knife at the bottom dead center, loosen the nut, adjust the nut, and try to pull the pressure on both ends of the thin paper by hand until it is approximately equal. After adjustment, tighten the nut to prevent loosening.
6. Automatic light controlled feeding device: This device is composed of a servo motor, feeding rubber roller, light controlled film shutter, shutter, photoelectric tracking machine, and electric control line. Its function is to maintain normal film feeding during the production process. When the machine is running, when the film feeding speed is too fast and the light controlled rays are blocked, the device will issue a command to stop the motor from rotating and feeding.
